TECHY COFFEE
The next session will be on Friday 7th June for those needing help with their ipads, laptops, iphones etc. Age UK ask for a donation of £1 per person.
THURSDAY AFTERNOON FELLOWSHIP
TAF will meet for cakes and chat at 2.30 p.m. on 13th June in the Hilda Shore Room.
HIILBRE ISLAND PILGRIMAGE WALK
This event is being organised by West Kirby Churches Together and takes place on Saturday, 15th June departing at 10.30 a.m. from the West Kirby Lifeguard Unit at the Marine Lake. Wear good walking boots and bring a packed lunch. Arrive back at the Marine Lake around 2 p.m.

MWiB SUMMER GATHERING
You are invited to the Liverpool District Summer Gathering on Wednesday, 19th June at Emmanuel Methodist/UR Church, Ormskirk (the church is opposite Ormskirk train station). The gathering will begin with drinks at 11 a.m. with the meeting starting at 11.30 a.m. finishing at 3 p.m. The theme is “Growing with God”, and the speaker will be Carolyn Lawrence who is a past Vice President of Conference and a former mission partner in Guyana. Bring a packed lunch (drinks will be provided). Please come if you are able.

LEGO CLUB
The next session in the Church Hall is on Wednesday, 19th June from 3.15 p.m. until 5 p.m. The Club is suitable for children in Reception to Year 6. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

CONCERT & CAKE
The Capriccio Singers will be performing an entertaining programme at church on Saturday 22nd June from 3.00 to 4.30 p.m. The concert is being organised by Nicky Mullin (Guide Leader & Ray Ward’s daughter) and all profits will support a young Girlguiding Leader who will be joining a community action project in the Gambia. There will also be lots of cakes to buy to raise funds. Tickets are £5 and are available from either Ray or leave Nicky a message on 07525 832 263 or email Nicky at Nicola.mullin@btinternet.com
OWN ARRANGEMENT SERVICE – 23rd JUNE
We will be worshipping through music during this service with A Songs of Praise style service. Please let Eve Townley or Ann Taylor know your hymn choice or fill in the forms which are available in the foyer.
WEEKLY PRAYER MEETING
Weekly prayer meetings continue in Room 1 (opposite the Hilda Shore Room) each Friday morning from 9.45 a.m. until 10.15 a.m. Noel will lead the first Friday of each month.
As we go forward, if there are others who feel called to lead once a month, then please do come forward, contact me and we can set up a rota.

CHRISTIAN AID COFFEE MORNING
Thank you to everyone who supported the recent coffee morning in support of the work of Christian Aid. I am delighted to let you know that £347 was raised.
