Pastoral Care

We have a team of Pastoral Visitors who are church members who help ease our Minister’s heavy workload by looking after a group of church members and those on the community role.  By keeping in touch with those in their group they can pass on to our Minister any concerns that might arise e.g. illness, bereavement, requests for home communion etc.  Not everyone in the congregation has been put in a pastoral group, but as we are regarded as a welcoming and caring church we hope that there are church members who may not be a Pastoral Visitors but can offer pastoral support for those in need.
