BIBLE STUDY GROUP
Our new Bible Study Group (joint between here at West Kirby and St. Luke’s, Hoylake) began on Thursday, 9th April at St. Luke’s. The next session is on Thursday, 23rd April at West Kirby from 10.30 a.m. until 12 noon. We will be using Tom Wright’s “Matthew for Everyone” Bible Study Guide as an aid to our discussions. Please feel encouraged to come along so we can dig deeper together into Matthew’s Gospel.
Please note this same group will meet twice each month on the second and fourth Thursday, alternating between Hoylake and West Kirby as venues.

WHAT ARE WE PRAYING FOR AT THE MOMENT?
- Praying to God to touch the hearts of world leaders as they make decisions about war or peace in the Middle East.
- Giving thanks for the sense of community we enjoy here at WKMC.
Please remember to put any prayer suggestions in the box in the foyer
SUNDAY 12th APRIL – GROWTH DAY
Deacon Ellie will be leading our next Café Church Service on 12th April and she would like us all to stay on after the service for lunch of sandwiches and cakes will be provided. Following this we will stay on to discuss together all the voices we heard over the past two months and begin to navigate a pathway ahead which addresses some of those voices. All discussions will be finished by 2 p.m. We do hope all can stay on after the service.
Items for inclusion in the notices should be sent to the Editor, Elaine Phillips,
Flat 3 Lyndhurst, 82 Meols Drive, West Kirby, CH48 5DD (Tel: 07733 057 315) or emailed to elaine5649.ep@gmail.com by 11.59 p.m. on the Tuesday preceding the Sunday of publication. Any additional notices may be handed to the Steward on duty to be read out to the congregation.
