CONCERT – WIRRAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA & CHOIRS

The Wirral Symphony Orchestra (WSO) together with EVR Choir from Le Havre and St. Peter’s Singers will be giving a performance of Verdi’s Requiem at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall on the afternoon of Sunday, 3rd May starting at 2 p.m.

Rod Tann, from St. Bridget’s and a member of WSO writes:

We would be especially grateful if you could support us in what is to be a very exciting (and very expensive) venture for us.  The French choir members have come over especially for this one performance, so we are particularly keen to see they have a good audience.  Tickets are £22 only available from the Phil Box Office.  Contact either 0151 709 3789 or via its website: https:/www.liverpoolphil.com

FUTURE STORY – DREAMING

Deacon Ellie and Sam wish to extend a huge thanks to all who have participated in the “Listening” phase of this strategy and a particular thanks to Eve for the amazing creative display of the voices we have heard.  The group is now in the “Dreaming” phase, which we started as a wider church family on the Growth Day held on 12th April.  We should soon be “Choosing” two or three ideas to focus on over the next year.

Items for inclusion in the notices should be sent to the Editor, Elaine Phillips,
